The Colonial Lodge No. 1821
The Colonial Lodge No. 1821, is a Masonic Lodge in Washington, DC, the nation's capital, under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Free And Accepted Masons of the District of Columbia. The principal purpose of the Lodge is to bring together members of The George Washington University community including current students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
On April 8th, 2009, the Grand Master of Masons of the District of Columbia, Most Worshipful Brother Kwame Acquaah, issued a dispensation (No. 09-09) for The Colonial Lodge to operate as a regular Masonic lodge under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge.
